The ISGA is the professional association of sprout growers and companies that supply products and services to the sprout industry. The ISGA was founded in1989 as a nonprofit organization to promote the sprout industry and to encourage the exchange of information among sprout growers and commercial suppliers. The ISGA currently has members in North and South America, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia. All ISGA members are welcome to participate by attending ISGA Board Meetings, joining an ISGAcommittee or taking an available seat on the Board of Directors.

The ISGA is active in educating and informing members about important issues impacting the sprout industry, representing growers' interests before government regulatory agencies, and supporting scientific research that benefits the sprout industry.

Our charter members have the interests of their industry and consumers at heart. Each is pledged to the highest standards of hygiene and quality control, to always provide nutritious and healthy sprout products, and to show their customers how to enjoy sprouts in a wide variety of food dishes.
