You must make your own reservations for accommodations at the university. You have the option of coming up until three days before the convention and/or staying three days after the convention in case you wish to see more of Vancouver. To make a reservation you may call 1-888-822-1030 (Toll Free). BE SURE TO INDICATE THAT YOU ARE PART OF THE ISGA CONVENTION. You may also reserve your suite online by clicking on this UBC conference link which was specially set up to take conference reservations.

Suites for those attending the ISGA Convention and their guests are in the Walter Gage Residence or in West Coast Suites. These are located on a campus surrounded by Pacific Spirit Regional Park with its many trails and forests. The campus itself has an extensive number of restaurants and attractions such as a botanical garden, museums, and an art gallery. There is also an opportunity for golf and tennis on campus. Suites at the Walter Gage Residence, a 17 story high rise, cost $159 a night vs. $179 a night at West Coast Suites. These rates apply to single or double occupany. Each of these suites can sleep four people. There is a $25 per night charge for each additional person beyond two people. A hot breakfast is provided for each person in the suite. West Coast Suites have complimentary wireless access; Gage Residence has Ethernet instead. (LAN/Ethernet cable is not provided; you must provide your own). The free UBCvisitor wireless network is available for use around the campus, but not in Gage Residence rooms.
