Dear Sprouting Community,

It is with shock and sadness to hear that Steve Meyerowitz, dedicated authority on the unique nutritional value of sprouts, author, and long-time champion of home-sprouters and the sprouting industry, was killed in an automobile accident on Wednesday, September 9th near his home in Great Barrington, MA.

Steve was a world-renowned promoter of sprouts, both through his knowledge, and by his personal example of healing, and his consistently positive outlook. He will be sorely missed by his friends, who can only try to continue and expand his commitment to spiritual and physical well-being.
