One-half cup each:
Sunflower seed sprouts
1 diced red bell pepper and/or 1 grated carrot
Gently toss all ingredients. Serve with Parsley-Garlic Dressing (recipe at right) or your own favorite dressing.
One-half cup of sunflower seed sprouts
One-eighth cup dried parsley or One-quarter cup fresh, chopped parsley
1 small clove of garlic
Two-thirds cup water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. tamari or soy sauce
Blend all ingredients together at high speed, till creamy.
